Bad News Behruz

So about this actress from Iran, Golshifteh Farahani, in the new Ridley Scott-helmed film.....I'll talk about it later.

But she's being touted as "the first actress from Iranian cinema" to be in Hollywood, which is supposed to be a big deal. Maybe it is. But it isn't a big deal for yours truly because this blog is about highlighting Americans of Iranian heritage in media and the arts.

Unsurprisingly, Golshifteh is being cast as one of "the bad guys". Well, bad girls. Actually she's not bad at all because she's with pretty boy DiCaprio. But she's from "the enemy" side.

You know what I mean.
